Anger Management Counseling
At Front Range Counseling Center, our counselors specialize in anger management and teach the causes of anger and the harm it has on your life. Our anger management programs are designed to help you learn ways to cope with anger, practical tools to help get anger under control when it happens and to prevent future outbursts of anger from happening.
Each of our highly trained anger management counselors will guide you through assessment, provide information on our individual programs and review the anger management group classes that are offered at our counseling center.
Anger Management Treatment
Our anger management treatment method is a step-by-step process that will help you to take control of your anger if you follow it. Our program has helped many men, women, and families heal from the negative affects of anger. Marriages have been saved, parents have restored relationships with their children, people have kept their jobs, and some have stayed out of jail.
Anger Management Groups
The anger management group classes will teach you the the correct way to communicate anger so that it is constructive and not destructive. The group program explains the correct way of expressing emotions to avoid the angry outbursts and harmful consequences. To ensure quality of service, it is required that everyone who wants to attend anger management group classes must first attend a assessment session.
Our team of counselors provide individual anger management counseling, anger management group classes and a marriage therapy program that helps guide your relationship into healing, restoration, and forgiveness. We encourage you to set an appointment today to begin your journey toward expressing your anger in healthier ways!
